Todd Parsons is the CEO of Coke Canada Bottling. He sits on a number of boards including Coke Canada Bottling, Niagara Custom Crush and Food, Health and Consumer Products of Canada, served as an advisor for OMERS and has held executive and leadership roles with Investment Services of Kilmer Van Nostrand Co. Limited, Give & Go Prepared Foods, Shur-Gain, a division of Maple Leaf Foods, and McCain Foods. In 2014, Parsons was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Food and Hospitality category. Originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Parsons is a Chartered Accountant and member of CPA (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada). He is committed to investing in local communities, is an active supporter of JA Canada and Clay for Kids and enjoys managing his cattle ranch in south-central Ontario.
